Let it boil then turn the heat to low, and simmer for 45-55 minutes with the lid on, stirring from time to time. Add water if necessary. Reaching towards the end of cooking, when moong bean is almost cook then add 1/2 tsp salt and 2 blocks of Coconut sugar, always keep on stirring, be careful nlot to burn at the bottom with the sugared food!
- Cook: turn off the heat, remove the pan. To serve: serve warm in an individual small bowl. On top put a tbs of Coconut Cream (or 1/2 tbs of Double Cream). 😍Could be store long days in the fridge. (To rewarm after been in the fridge: put the portion require onto a small non-stick saucepan, heat adding 1 tbs water from the kettle and let it warm slowly until it's warm enough. Remove and serve).
