- Meanwhile take the pie dough out of the refrigerator. Grease the muffin tin with butter lightly. Roll the pie dough in 1/8 th of an inch thickness. Cut out e circles forbottom of th pie as per your tin size.take the cut outs of leftover dough into long strips for the top.
- Place them all in tin, add the cooled filling.
- Using dough strips make the old fashioned lettuce design or any design on the top of your pies.
