  2. Phr thora thora kr k pani add krty jaein r aty ko achi trha gund k dough bna len or cover kr k thori dyr k lye side py rakh den ta k set ho jaye.
  3. Ab thora atta hath ma ly kr perra(dough ball) bna len.
  4. Phr perra hathon ki ungliyon ki madad sy round thin kr Len or dry flour dust kr k bail Len.
  5. Ab isy achi trah bail len or roti ko preheated tawwa py dal den.
  6. 1 side sy thora pakny den phr roti ki side change krein.
  7. Ab dono sides sy achi trah saink len.
  8. Garma garm roti tayar ha.
