  4. Take 1/2 cup Bbq Sauce

  6. Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. Get Salt

Steps to make Baked Nachos:
  1. Heat oil, add yellow onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add ground chicken, salt, pepper, paprika powder and garlic powder and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add the Bbq sauce and cook until the sauce has reduced. Put aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the baking tray.
  6. Top with bbq chicken mixture, tomato, capsicums and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melt. Ready to serve.
