  4. Make meringue. Using electric whisk, or stand mixer, whisk egg whites till stiff peaks. It should not fall out of bowl when up-side-down.
  5. Add 1/3 of meringue to chocolate mixture, and mix well using whisk.
  6. Add remaining meringue, 1/3 at a time. Using spatula, fold meringue into mixture till combined.
  7. Pour mixture into cake pan. Bake in oven for 30mins.
  8. After 30mins, let it bake for another 5-10mins more if required. Let it cool before serving. Serve with ice cream if desired.
