- Take Taco Salsa
- Make ready <Spice Mix>
- Make ready 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin

- Make ready 1 teaspoon Paprika
- Make ready 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper *OR more
- Take 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions to make Taco Rice:
- Heat Oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat, cook Onion and Garlic for a few minutes, add Beef Mince and cook until Beef changes colour.
- Add the spices mix and Tomato Paste, and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Place Freshly Cooked Rice on a plate, cover with the Beef mixture, then place Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado and shredded Cheese on top. Drizzle with Taco Salsa (I forgot to do that for the above photo!) and enjoy.
