- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on low flame by covering with a lid. Then take it out on a plate.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in another pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté for a minute.
- Now add peanuts to it and roast for a minute on medium flame. Then add curry leaves, green chilli, and mix well.
- Then add cooked sama rice to it and mix well. Fry them for few minutes on medium flame.
- Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with vrat sabji or curd.
