- Mix the water and 1 cup of sugar in a pan and boil till all sugar is dissolved.
- Keep syrup aside
- Knead the panner in a platter till very smooth.
- Make balls slightly smaller than the size of walnut and flattten in the centre.
- When the balls are made, reheat the syrup to boiling,then slowly drop balls in syrup.
- Cook for 10 minutes.turn off fire.
- In other pan boil 1l of full cream milk with the 1/2 cup of sugar,till reduced/thicked to 75 percentage of it's volume.
- Turn off the fire.
- Add the syrup soaked balls to the milk mixture and chill for few hrs.
- Serving them with graning with dried fruit.
