  4. Now cook on sauté mode for 5/6 mins for the water to burn off. Once done remove from IP and leave to cool down

  7. Now spread the 1st slice of bread with mince then 2nd with sauce. Put last onto the sauce and press down
  8. Now cut into four & dip into batter & fry
