- Add noodles, and cook until finished.
- Drain noodles, set aside.
- Bring another pan of water to a boil, about 16 cups of water. Preheat oven to 350.
- Slice different cheeses and add all of them to the boiling water. And salt, pepper, and chicken granules. YOU MUST LOWER THE HEAT AND CONSTANTLY STIR CHEESE SAUCE.
- Once cheese is completely melted add noodles. Mix together, remove from heat.
- If the cheese sauce isn't thick enough add a slurry to thicken it slightly.
- Add macaroni and cheese to a baking dish or two. (This is a 30 person recipe) Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes and voila!
