Instructions to make Baked Crispy Tofu:
  1. Cut the tofu into fingers. Pat dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Prepare the coating: (1) cornstarch (2) almond milk (3) mix panko, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take tofu finger toss into cornstarch, dip into almond milk, toss again into cornstarch, dip into almond milk and lastly toss into the breadcrumb mix.
  4. Spray tofu with a thin layer of oil.
  5. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.
