  17. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  18. Prepare 1 Pinch black seeds
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  20. Prepare 1 tbspn whole spices
  21. Take 3 tbspn yoghurt
Steps to make Bhindi Qeema.:
  1. In a pan add onion slices, garlic cloves,mutton mince,1 tbspn whole spices,1 tsp salt and water (as required) cover with lid and cook on medium heat.
  2. Finely chopped ladyfingers and deep fry for 5-6 minutes or until crispy. Remove from the oil and set aside.
  3. Then all water dries up from mince now add tomatoes puree,Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, black seeds, crushed coriander, crushed Cumin, green chillies,ginger paste, yoghurt, garam masala powder and Oil cook well until mince is cooked.
  4. Then add fry bhindi and give it a light stir,add 1 tbspn lemon juice. Put on dum for few minutes.
  5. Then dish it out. Garnish with coriander leaves green chilli and lemon.
  6. Delicious bhindi qeema is ready to serve.
