  1. Prepare 1 cup moong dal
  2. Get 1/4 cup water
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp rice flour
  4. Make ready 2 green chilli, finely chopped
  5. Take 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  6. Make ready 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  7. Get salt as per taste
  8. Prepare oil for deep frying
  9. Make ready 1/4 tsp baking soda
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
Instructions to make Moong Dal Bhajiya:
  1. Firstly, in a large bowl soak 1 cup moong dal for 4 hours. Drain off the water and blend to smooth paste adding ¼ cup water, transfer the prepared moong dal batter into bowl.
  2. Add in 3 tbsp rice flour for crispy bhajiya, add more rice flour if required to get thick batter, also add green chilli, ginger, onion, coriander, and salt mix them together. Then add baking soda and mix them.
  3. Now dip your hand in water, and start dropping them one by one to hot oil. keep the flame in lower to medium stir occasionally, also fry them till they turn golden brown. Serve them hot with green chilli.
