- Now in a frying pan add 2 tbsp of oil and add chopped garlic make it golden brown
- Then add qeema and cook it until done
- Now add all the vegetables along with soya sauce,chilli garlic sauce,red chilli powder and herbs oregano thyme
- Also add half cup of water and cover it with lid cook for 5 to 6 minutes in low flame
- After its all done dish out and serve hot with ketchup or as it is
