- Make ready 4-5 Red button chillies whole
- Make ready 1 tsp Zeera
- Get 6-7 Curry Pata
- Prepare 2 Cups Water
Steps to make Pakora Curry:
- Method for pakoras: Mix all the above ingredients except oil. - Heat oil in a deep pan,drop pakora batter in it with a spoon,making medium sized pakoras. - Turn once,fry untill golden n crisp. - Drain and keep aside.
- Method for curry: - In a blender put besan,yogurt, green chillies, garlic cloves,Turmeric powder, salt,water 1 cup and blend untill everything is blended well. - In a deep pot heat oil,add zeera,curry leaves & button red chillies and when they start to crack put the concoction from the blender gradually, stirring constantly. Cook on medium flame.when the mixture starts to thicken add 1 cup water.stir cook some more,on low flame,add lemon juice.turn off heat after 5 minutes.
- Now taste and adjust the salt n chilli according to ur taste. - Add the pakoras just before serving otherwise the pakoras will absorb all the curry and break eventually. - Serve with Zeera Kay bighar walay rice.
