- When cooked remove carefully from pan and place crust side up on wire rack, whilst hot brush lightly with honey to glaze.
- As you can see from picture, top of loaf broke away when removing from pan !
- You can substitute chopped nuts,dried fruit or chopped crystalized ginger for the chocolate chips.
