- Braise vermicelli in ghee and oil with cinnamon stick, till brown colour on medium flame, stirring it. - Add sugar, cardamon and stir well add milks and stir then cook just before water dries (do check if vermicelli is done, if not can add more milk or water), lower flame add half of the nuts and dried fruits mix it then sprinkle little more cardamon powder and simmer, keep sumthing heavy on lid. When done remove in a bowl sprinkle the rest of nuts and dried fruits and serve hot.
