- Bake the cake in preheated oven at 160 degrees for 22 min. Once baked check with tooth pick. Once ready remove the cake from the airfryer and allow it to cool down.
- Once cool, cut into desired pcs and serve.
This cake in baked in airfryer so has a nice crust outside and sof. This Kerala style plum cake is made without alcohol. I have made this cake both with fresh orange juice and apple juice on various occasions. So this is a healthy bake. The amount of sugar and oil added is also not too.
