- Take 6 pieces chicken cut into small pieces

Steps to make Chicken Biryani (or Breyani):
- Boil your rice the normal way
- Boil Brown Lentils - add 1 and a half cup of cold water and boil until soft.
- Let your lentils cool off, then add then to your rice when it's ready.Set this aside in one pot.
- Braise onions,green pepper and crushed ginger & garlic in cooking oil.
- After 5 mins add your mixed curry powder,dhania Masala,garum Masala & paprika.
- After 2 mins add pieces of chicken and salt.
- Cook for 20 mins then add mixed veggies
- When this is ready add into rice with lentils and mix together
- Simmer the entire mixed dish for 10 mins then serve with desired salads.
