  5. Then add sugar, again 1/2 cup ghee,5 tbsp water and cook & mix well low flame.
  6. When sugar syrup get dry then add all dry fruits and mix well.
  7. Now add Cardomon powder, Kehwara Essence, cook it 10-15 minutes.
  8. Now ready chanay ki daal ka halwa for serving. Garnish with Nuts & dry fruits.
