  7. Take a pan add 1 tbsp of butter or oil. Add mustard seed let it crackel add curry leaves and 2 slit green chillies then add a cup of water. Add sugar, salt.make it a boil
  8. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice. Pour this tadka on dhokla and keep it aside for 10 mnts
  9. Dhokla is ready serve with green chutney
