- Get 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

- Get 1 small tomato finely chopped

- Make ready 1/2 of a lemon
- Make ready Lemon wedges to garnish

- Boil or pressure cook raw bana with skin for 3 whitsles with sufficient water to cover it. De-skin.
- Add to a bowl. Mash.Add all ingredients for banana canapy starting from spice powders then the onion,green chilli and coriander,lastly salt.Mix well. Cover and keep aside.
- Add the cornflour. Mix well. Grate the cheese. Mix gently.Preheat oven to 200℃. Brush the back of a muffin tray with oil.
- Pinch balls from the banana dough. Flatten and cover on the muffin mould.
- Do the same for all. Brush with oil.
- Bake at 200 ℃ for 15 minutes or till you see the canapies have got a nice colour. Cool a little,loosen sides with a knife and remove on a plate.
- In the meanwhile grind the mint and coruander with chilli, salt,sugar and little water. Mint chutney is ready. Remove in a cup.
