- Slice Purple Onion then cut in quarters. Put in pot
- Wash potatoes. Leave skin on. Cut one in half then cut those 2 halves in 5-6 pieces. Put potatoes in pot
- Add pepper, sea salt, garlic powder and olive oil to pot.
- Stir w/big spoon. Then put lid on and put in oven.
- Cook for 30-45 minutes. Depending on oven and how you like your potatoes.
