  1. Prepare 1/2 cup Raagi flour
  2. Take 1/2 cup oats flour

  4. Get Salt as per taste

  6. Prepare 1/2 spoon minced ginger
  7. Get 1/2 spoon green chillies
  8. Get 1 spoon eno/baking powder
  9. Make ready 1 spoon sugar
  10. Prepare 1 spoon cummin powder
  11. Prepare 1 spoon mint powder
  12. Prepare Imli chutney
Steps to make Instant Healthy Dahi wada:
  1. 1/2 cup raagi flour - 1/2 cup oats - 1/2 cup curd - Mix all of the above. If the batter is too thick add water. Keep aside for 15 mins. Now add salt, hing, minced ginger and green chillies. Give it a stir. Keep the steamer ready. I have used mini idli mould. Grease the plates. Add a tsp of eno/ baking powder to the batter and sprinkle some water on top of it. Mix well. Pour into the mould and steam for 15 mins. Let them cool.
  2. In a bowl take 2 cups of thick curd,add salt,cummin powder,sugar and red chillie powder
  3. Whisk well, dip the Wadas in the curd mixture
  4. I have Garnished with Chillie powder,mint powder and Imli chutney.lets enjoy healthy version of Dahi Wada.
