- Prepare 400 gm katla fish
- Make ready 2 spoon popy seeds paste
- Get 5 spoon mustard paste
- Prepare 50 gm sour card
- Take 1/2 tsp some black cumin
- Prepare as needed Musteard oil
- Prepare 1-2 tsp coriander leaves
- Make ready 1 spoon green chilli paste

Instructions to make Doi katla:
- Heat the oil and fry the fish.
- Then add some more oil and add the black cumin.fry 1 minute.
- Then add popy seeds paste and fry well.
- After 7 minute add mustard paste, sour card, green chilli paste, salt, turmeric,sugar.
- After 2 minute add some water.
- Then add the fish and sim the gas.
- After 10 minute add coriander leaves and switch off the gas and serve with rice.
