- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan on medium-low flame. Add onion, green chillies and garlic. Sauté them for few seconds.
- Now add beans,carrots, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Now add red chilli powder, kitchen king powder, black pepper, salt, tomato ketchup, bit of soy sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle some water if required.
- After mixing everything well, now add cooked rice, bit of salt (if required), soy sauce.
- Combine / toss everything very well.
- Cover the lid for a minute (after covering the lid, turn off the flame).
- Your delicious pan fried rice is ready.
