  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Fry cashews until golden brown and keep it aside. In same pan, saute raisins until puffed up. Keep it aside
  2. Add semolina to same pan and saute until aromatic over low medium heat
  3. Meanwhile seperately boil water or mix of water and milk
  4. Pour half of the liquid to sooji and mix until lump free, now add remaining liquid gradually and mix well. Cook until mixture starts leaving sides of the pan
  5. Add banana, sugar and Cardamom. Mix well. Saute until ghee starts to ooze from the pan
  6. Add nuts and raisins. Mix well and switch off
  7. Serve warm or cold as desired. Best served warm
