  1. In big mixing bowl take 2 cup of wheat flour.add oil and salt.with a Lukewarm water make a soft dough,cover and keep aside for ten mnts.
  2. To prepare stuffing take a sattu flour in a mixing bowl.add all ingredients in a bowl.mix it well.
  3. Now add pickle oil and masala.mix it well.you can add little warm water if the stuffing looks dry.
  4. Now from the prepare dough make equal size ball.take one ball roll it, stuff it with prepare stuffing,cover it with all side and again roll it like thick paratha.
  5. Now in a preheated tawa cook paratha from both sides by adding ghee.
  6. Our sattu paratha is ready to serve..serve with curd or pickle.
