  5. Add beef broth. If no beef broth use water then add beef cube

  7. Cover the pot for 5m
  8. Add olives, potatoes, green peas (or canned green peas)
  9. Cover pot for 10m to cook
  10. Add salt and crushed black pepper to taste. Optional: add fish sauce
  11. Cook for a few more minutes
