  3. Add half cup of chilled milk and mix.
  4. Add half cup of chilled water and make a batter then add 1 cup of chilled water and bring it to liquid consistency.
  5. Add 1 tsp of lemon juice and add 1 cup of chilled water and make a running batter ▪️ there should not be any lumps
  6. Take a pan of the diameter you want your ghevar to be,fill 3/4th of the saucepan with ghee or oil.
  7. Then pour 1 tbsp of the batter in the center and keep pouring little by little leaving a whole in the middle.▪️ Fry till it's golden brown in medium flame.
  8. Prepare the sugar syrup in another pan by pouring 1 cup sugar and 1/4th cup of water cook it in low flame till the sugar thickens.
  9. Garnish your ghevar with sugar syrup and some toppings and serve.
