Ghevar (Devanagari:घेवर) is a Rajasthani cuisine sweet traditionally associated with the Teej Festival. Pour batter keeping a good distance from hot ghee. The batter will splatter and later the froth subsides. Repeat it for 10-15 times. Fry it on medium flame.
  3. Pull the ghevar out once cooked, and drain off the ghee completely. For Sugar Syrup take a pot. Put sugar and water into it. Heat it and stir continuously. Make one string consistency sugar syrup.
  4. Take a ring and put ghevar over it, pour sugar syrup on ghevar, garnish with rabdi and chopped nuts.
