  4. grease 9x13 inch pan, layer half of the tortilla chips on the bottom of pan
  5. add all the meat mixture, then mozzarella and sour cream
  6. top with remaining chips
  7. bake until heated through, about 30 minutes
  8. sprinkle with cheddar cheese; continue baking until cheese melts
  9. let stand 5 minutes before serving
