  4. Then add ½ tsp of Salt, 1 cup of chopped Tomatoes, ¼ cup of Water and give a nice mix.
  5. Cover the lid and simmer on low flame for 15 Min.
  6. After 15 Min, lastly add 1 tsp of chopped fresh Coriander Leaves and mix well.
  7. Gobi Tomato Sabzi is now ready to serve with Chapati and garnish with Coriander Leaves.
