  2. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  3. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli crushed
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp haldi
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp Ginger
  7. Get 1 tbsp garlic
  8. Get 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  9. Get 4 green chillies
  10. Get 1 tbsp kasuri maithi
  11. Make ready 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  12. Get 1 tbsp bhuna zeera
  13. Prepare 2 tomatoes
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masalah
  15. Prepare 3 tbsp lemon juice
  16. Make ready 3 tbsp oil

  3. Do not, I repeat do not add salt during cooking. When it is done than add salt. It will keep your kalaijee soft soft.
  4. Don't over cook. Don't cover it while cooking. It will become hard
  5. Take oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste until brown, add zeera. - Add chopped tomatoes. - Cook till tomatoes becomes soft.
  6. Noww add kalaijee and cook on high flame. - Do not cover it. - Add Coriander, kasuri maithi, chilli powder and crushed chilli.
  7. Add garam masala. - I repeat don't cover. Continuous stir fry. If you cook too much it will become hard.
  8. When masalah is cooked completely and oil comes out add salt, green chillies and lemon juice.
  9. Remove from the flame. - Top it with chat massage.
