  1. Get 200-250 gms maida (1cup)
  2. Take 1 teaspoon besan
  3. Take 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  7. Make ready 1 cup milk
  8. Take As per taste Sugar syrup and rabdi for gevar garnishing

Steps to make Ghevar:
  1. Take a mixture jar add 4 teaspoon ghee, 4 to 5 ice cube and mix 5 mints.
  2. Then add milk and again mix 5 mint.
  3. Add small part of maida like 1 to 2 spoon and blend, countiouns doing this process 2 to 3 times untill full maida finish or add some cool water in between of this processing.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon besan, lemon and mix after transfer all paste in bowl paste should be very thin.
  5. Transfer this paste in ketchup bottle ya take kalchi,Take a pan add ghee or oil for fry this gevar (cook for medium high flame).
  6. Few paste add this pan and cook.
  7. Cook until the colour is golden brown after remove in plate and wait.
  8. Garnish sweet syrup and ravdi and serve this gevar.
