- Now heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion,when it become translucent add ginger grated, garlic minced and green chilli,fry till the raw smell goes..now at this point add turmeric powder.remove from oven.
- Now add this masalas in the mashed potatoes..Mix well all this and keep aside..Now take a bowl, whisked 2 whole eggs..take another bowl add corn flour and water mix them..Take a plate add breadcrumbs in it..
- Now take a boiled egg,cut it in halves,now take a half portion of eggs cover it with mashed potato mix now put this to egg batter,then cornflower, then again egg batter and finally breadcrumbs, coat it evenly and deep fry it..Serve it with salads and sauce.
