- Rinse the rice. Boil the water and put the secang leather about 5 to 10 minutes. ( secang is kind of the wood leather from indonesia it can make the water colour change into deep red if you boil)
- Mix the coconut milk with salt on a bowl. Prepare rice cooker and put all the ingredient in rice cooker bowl.
- Mix again all the ingredient in rice cooker bowl before turn on the electricity.
- Wait until done. Just wait for a while before open and take from the rice cooker.
- Ready to serve together with fried chicken, omelette, corn fritters, sauce made with shrimp paste, cucumbers and indonesian traditional fried chips.
