- Make ready 2 boiled potatoes

Instructions to make Egg Cutlet:
- Mash 2 boil egg and potatoes. Then add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, cornflower,chillies and other spices. Mix all well.
- Divide other two eggs equally. Then make a ball with the mashed potatoes.
- Now roll the mashed potatoes with pam and stuffed one half egg into it. Then cover it fully. Keep the cutlet handy.
- Then in a pan add oil. Let it heat. In the mean time wrap the cutlet on a breadcrumb and deep into oil for frying.
- Fry both the sides and serve hot.
