  3. Transfer the grinded masala to the buttermilk in a utensil where you can stir it well and boil. Add water and adjust the consistency at this stage. Add salt according to taste. Stir continuously and boil it well for about 5-10 minutes in medium flame.
  4. Once it's boiled well add tampering with oil, crushed garlic, mustard and curry leaves. Serve hot with white rice/Ragi balls with any fryums.
