  5. when veggies are soft salt and pepper to taste then toss in the shrimp and stir them in really well turn off the burner and let them sit
  6. spoon your mixture into the squash bowl till it almost fills the bowl
  7. top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 45 to 55 minutes
