- In a pan add 1tsp of oil,add chopped bhindi's.Fry until color turns into dark green.keep aside.
- Now add 1tsp of oil in a same pan,add jeera,hing,curry leaves. Saute for a minute.
- Next add onion paste and fry till raw smell goes.
- Now add dry spices like chilli powder, coriander powder,salt and turmeric.Fry in a low flame for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Next add water,mix well and allow it to boil for a minute
- Now add whisked curd and give a quick stir.
- Next add bhindi and mix well. Cover and cook for 5min.So that bhindi blends well with the gravy.
