  2. Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan, once oil is hot add garlic paste, chopped green onion, corn seeds, sauté it for 2mins,Now add chopped capsicum, green chili and spinach. mix well & sauté it for 2 minutes.

Add grated carrot & beetroot. mix it well. sauce for 2 minutes, Now add crushed boil potato, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sauté it, add salt, turmeric, green chili & ginger paste, garam masala, dry mango powder, mix it well & cook it for few minutes. for binding add grinded flattened rice, mix everything well,& put it aside for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes prepare cutlets in your favorite shape.
  5. To shallow fry our cutlets heat 3tbsp oil in a pan,&cook it from both sides.
  6. Delicious & healthy cutlets are ready to serve. Enjoy with homemade beetroot-tomatoes sauce.
