- Pour the blended batter in a clean bowl..add a teaspoon of yeast cover the bowl properly keep in a warm corner and allow to rise for at least 3hrs after 3hrs u will notice some bubbles and the qty would have increased
- Add sugar and den a pinch of salt to boast the sugar then mix well
- Oil ur mass pan or nonstick pan wit a tablespoon of G.oil then add the batter flip once dark to d other side same way as pancake and bring out.
- Then serve with anything of ur choice…
