  1. Heat the olive oil in the pan to medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and onions and stir for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the rice and stir for a few seconds.
  4. Add the water and salt, mix it well, increase the heat to high and bring it to boil.
  5. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat to low, partially cover the pan and let it cook for ~15 min. After that time check if the water at the bottom of pan has dried, if not check every two minutes until all the water is gone, then turn the oven off. Leave the rice in the pan for a few minutes to finish drying and it is ready.
