- Paratha - ********* - Make a wheat flour dough for paratha, add salt, 2 tsp oil,water as needed, roll a ball in small puri size puri, apply oil on it, just cut a slit upto half puri,then just roll it from one side to end of circle, it become cone, press it, dust flour, and roll slowly in cone/sankh shape, roast in oil or in butter both sides of paratha..
- Masala Bhaat - ************ - Cook basmati rice… Take a kadai,add oil, rai, hing, luang, dalchini, tejpatta, curry patta, green chilly in it.. - Now add cooked basmati rice, salt, haldi, red chilly powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala, mix well properly..
- Dahi Tikhari - ************* - Take 1 cup thick dahi.. Take a kadai, add 4 tbsp oil, hing, jeera, chopped onoins, saute for couple of minutes, add chopped tomatoes, saute till turns soft, add garlic chutney, mix well till aroma comes out and oil seperates..
