  5. Evenly pour the batter into ramekins and bake for about 13 to14 minutes, until edges are set and center is soft. Mine were perfect at 13 minutes, Allow to cool for a 2 to 3 minutes, before handling.
  6. Run a knife around the edge of each ramekin to loosen. Holding the ramekin with a kitchen towel or pot holder, invert it onto the serving plate. Dust cakes with icing sugar, if desired. serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzel some chocolate syrup.
